So often do we find ourselves caught up in the "doing" of things. Even when trying to relax or meditate we tend to ask, "How do I do that?" The beauty of Yoga Nidra is that it takes you to the place of "non-doing." In this space is where we connect with our true nature, provide healing and balance to the body and nervous system, and supreme relaxation.

A consistent Yoga Nidra practice helps us live in this space of inner peace. There is nothing for you to "do" during a session. Typically practiced lying down, your only task is to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Experience Yoga Nidra from the comfort of your own home in this virtual session. Current scientific research shows that at least 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as relaxing and restorative as THREE hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Guided Meditation

A private 1-1 virtual session intended to calm the mind, relax the body, and rid they system of any stress and anxiety.

Each virtual session is personalized to the recipient's current needs & comfort level.

Exercises may include guided breath work, grounding exercises, positive visualizations, movement, affirmation building, etc.

Designed to meet you where you're at, wherever that is. 

Heart-to-Heart

It's no secret that planning a wedding is stressful, but it doesn't have to be!

You get to choose how you react to whatever arises on your journey to the aisle. 

 

Designed to be empowering and to bring you back into balance and the heart-space, each Heart-to-Heart session will include personalized exercises or coaching tools specific to the needs of each Bride. This may include guided breath work, meditation, or other grounding & centering practices & exercises. 

These coaching sessions provides a safe space to support brides that are experiencing the anxieties & stresses of the engagement process, decision-making, family dynamics, body insecurity, pre-wedding jitters, everyday life, etc. Or, simply talking through the present stresses which is helpful & healing!
